Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Coastal California Gnatcatcher Habitat

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Moorpark 67, LLC for an incidental take permit for the coastal California gnatcatcher, a federally listed species, in Ventura County, California, and invites public comment on the proposal.
