EPA Approves Ohio's Source-Specific RACT Plan for Cleveland Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's source-specific State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions to address volatile organic compound (VOC) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements for the Cleveland area, satisfying the Moderate area RACT requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) with respect to the 2015 ozone standard.
