EPA Solicits Public Comments on Proposed Extension of ICR 1445.16 Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request (ICR) 1445.16, related to the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Continuous Release Reports, which is currently set to expire on April 30, 2027.
