Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Final Rule on Asset Allocation

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation amends its regulation on Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans to prescribe interest assumptions for valuing benefits under terminating single-employer plans, effective for valuation dates between July 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026.
