US Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Aerial Drone Displays in Upper New York Bay

The US Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone in the Upper New York Bay to protect against hazards from aerial drone displays, near Ellis Island and Liberty Island. Entry is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port or their representative.
