DoD Modifies System of Records Notice for DoDSER System

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is modifying its 'Department of Defense Suicide Event Report (DoDSER) System' system of records notice to expand reporting to the Space Force and Coast Guard, clarify its purpose, and update information. The changes are in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
