HUD Establishes Inflation Factors for Public Housing Agency Renewal Funding

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced the establishment of Renewal Funding Inflation Factors (RFIFs) to adjust Fiscal Year 2026 renewal funding for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program of each public housing agency (PHA), in response to the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2026.
