HUD to Rescind Privacy Act System of Records for One Stop Customer Service

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to rescind the One Stop Customer Service (OSCS) system of records due to duplication with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which took effect on October 30, 2024.
