EPA Proposes Changes to Public Participation Requirements for Clean Air Act New Source Review Programs

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise public participation requirements for sources subject to Clean Air Act New Source Review programs approved into State Implementation Plans, giving state and local air quality authorities more discretion to determine the level of public participation needed to meet national air quality standards.
