Cost Accounting Standards Board Rescinds Rules to Conform to GAAP

The Office of Management and Budget is publishing a final rule rescinding Cost Accounting Standards 408 and 411, and most provisions of CAS 404 and 409, to align with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
