EPA Proposes Revisions to California's Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets for Ozone

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to California's State Implementation Plan for the San Joaquin Valley, updating motor vehicle emissions budgets for nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds to meet the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standard.
