VA Modifies Beneficiary Fiduciary Field System (BFFS)-VA System of Records

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is modifying a system of records, Beneficiary Fiduciary Field System (BFFS)-VA, to administer benefits for beneficiaries deemed unable to manage their financial affairs. This change is in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
