CFPB Extends Comment Period for Form 2-E Report

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is extending the public comment period for Form 2-E, a report required by Rule 609 and Regulation E. The comment period was previously set to close on October 31, 2023, but has been extended to November 30, 2023.
