DoD Exempts CATCH Program Records from Privacy Act Provisions

The Department of Defense is issuing a final rule to exempt portions of the CATCH Program Records system from certain provisions of the 1974 Privacy Act to protect the identity of confidential sources in adult sexual assault allegations.
