TSA Revises Enforcement Procedures for 30-Day Reply Period

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has updated its investigative and enforcement procedures, extending the time for parties to respond to petitions and motions from 10 to 30 days after service, and correcting an incorrect section reference.
