EPA Proposes to Rescind System of Records for Research Grant Applications

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to rescind a system of records, EPA-36, related to research grant applications due to its non-usage and the availability of alternative systems like grants.gov and the Next Generation Grants System (NGGS).
