EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey's State Implementation Plan for Ozone Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by New Jersey to meet ozone air quality standards, as required by the Clean Air Act. This approval aims to certify Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for the 2008 and 2015 ozone standards.
