US Coast Guard Develops Policy for Recognition of Foreign Certificates Held by Foreign Maritime Officers

The US Coast Guard is creating a policy to recognize foreign STCW certificates held by foreign maritime officers working on US flag vessels, soliciting comments from mariners, industry, and the public to inform the development of this policy.
