Coast Guard Adopts Changes to Dangerous Cargo Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard is updating its rules for certain hazardous cargo, known as 'dangerous cargoes' (CDC), to reduce the number of required notice of arrival submissions for vessels carrying lower-risk cargo.
