EPA Extends Compliance Dates for Perchloroethylene and Carbon Tetrachloride Under TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending compliance dates for certain entities subject to the risk-management rules for perchloroethylene (PCE) and carbon tetrachloride (CTC) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA is extending compliance dates for initial monitoring and other requirements until June 21, 2027, for PCE and September 20, 2027, for CTC.
