FINRA Approves Proposed Rule Change for TRACE System

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to expand the scope of the Non-Member Affiliate-Principal Transaction Indicator in the TRACE system, which is used for trade reporting and compliance.
