SEC Allows SIFMA to Waive Certain Conditions for Note H

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted an exemption to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) from certain conditions of Note H, pursuant to Section 36 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
