U.S. Coast Guard Requests Extension of Approval for Certificates of Financial Responsibility

The U.S. Coast Guard is requesting an extension of its approval for collecting Certificates of Financial Responsibility under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
