Coast Guard Establishes Regulated Navigation Area in Boston Harbor for Crane Offload

The US Coast Guard is creating a restricted area in Boston Harbor to safely unload six cranes from a barge to Conley Terminal in South Boston, controlling vessel entry, operating conditions, and speed to prevent hazards.
