EPA Exempts 2-Propenoic Acid Telomer from Tolerance Requirement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Clariant Corporation from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific telomer used in pesticide formulations, allowing for its use as an inert ingredient in chemical formulations.
