EPA Solicits Public Comment on Proposed Renewal of Information Collection Request for TSCA Section 4 Test Rules and Related Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed renewal of an existing information collection request (ICR) for Generic Clearance for TSCA Section 4 Test Rules, Test Orders, Enforceable Consent Agreements (ECAs), Voluntary Data Submissions, and Exemptions from Testing Requirement (Renewal), set to expire on March 31, 2027.
