North Dakota Regulatory Program Amendment Approved

The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) has approved an amendment to North Dakota's regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, following changes made during the 2017 and 2021 Legislative Sessions.
