EPA Proposes to Remove New Hampshire from Ozone Transport Region

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant a Clean Air Act petition submitted by New Hampshire, which seeks to be removed from the Ozone Transport Region due to continued attainment of ozone standards and minimal impact on neighboring areas.
