U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Incidental Harassment Authorization for Northern Sea Otters in Southeast Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to authorize incidental take by harassment of northern sea otters in Southeast Alaska for up to 1 year, in response to a request from Turnagain Marine Construction for activities in Stephens Passage, Juneau, Alaska.
