EPA Proposes Modification to NPDES General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities in Washington

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes modifying the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and those in Indian Country in Washington, allowing Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery to obtain coverage and changing chlorine monitoring requirements. The draft modified permit and supporting documents are available on the EPA Region 10 website.
