Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for USS GRAVELY Commissioning Ceremony Fireworks

The Coast Guard is setting up a safety zone along the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, NC, to protect spectators and mariners from aerial fireworks hazards during the USS GRAVELY's commissioning ceremony, and entry is prohibited without prior approval from the Captain of the Port.
