First Class Miners Inc. Proposes Plan to Use Personal Vehicles in Joshua Tree National Park

The National Park Service has received a proposed plan by First Class Miners Inc. to use personal vehicles on two roads within Joshua Tree National Park to access mining claims outside the park.
