National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Procedures: Forest and Woodland Density Management Categorical Exclusion

The Department of the Interior revises its National Environmental Policy Act procedures to include a new categorical exclusion for forest and woodland density management, as announced in the Department's Handbook of NEPA Implementing Procedures, Appendix 2: Bureau Categorical Exclusions.
