OPM Establishes New Matching Program with Treasury's Do Not Pay System

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is establishing a new matching program with the Department of the Treasury's Do Not Pay (DNP) Working System to prevent improper payments and recover pre-payment eligibility. This program satisfies the eligibility requirements for a waiver of the computer matching agreement requirement.
