EPA Submits Request for Review of Standardized Permit for RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a standardized permit for hazardous waste management facilities, with a proposed extension of the current approval period through August 31, 2026.
