Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Upper New York Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone in the Upper New York Bay to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with aerial displays, near Liberty Island and Governors Island.
