U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Launch National Customs Automation Program Test for Automated Manifest Capabilities

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct a test of its Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system to transmit advance ocean and rail data, inviting public comments and setting the stage for ACE to become the sole approved electronic data interchange for submitting such data.
