OMB Publishes Final Rule to Increase CAS Thresholds and Waiver Authority

The Office of Management and Budget is publishing a final rule to increase the Cost Accounting Standards thresholds and agency waiver authority, and issue clarifications on CAS thresholds and exemptions for indefinite delivery contracts.
