U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests Public Comment on Extension of Form I-751 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on the extension of its currently approved information collection for Form I-751, which is used by certain permanent residents to request a 2-year extension of their 2-year green card. The public comment period is open until March 2024.
