EPA Approves General Permits for New or Modified Minor Source Stone Quarrying Facilities in Indian Country

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved general permits for new or modified minor source stone quarrying facilities in Indian Country under the Clean Air Act's Tribal Minor New Source Review (NSR) Program. The permits cover three facilities: Grey Mesa Gravel Pit, Ehrenberg Quarry, and San Juan Lateral Water Treatment Plant Rock Crusher.
