EPA and Department of the Army Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Waters of the United States

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of the Army are seeking additional comment on aspects of a proposed rule to revise the Clean Water Act regulations, following public comments on a November 20, 2025, notice of proposed rulemaking.
