Registration of Lawful Permanent Residence for Children Born to Foreign Government Employees in the United States

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is amending its regulations to allow children born in the United States to foreign government employees to register for lawful permanent residence. This change will be reflected in updated forms, including Form I-485 and Form G-325R.
