EPA Proposes Approval of Maryland's Negative Declaration for Existing OSWI

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a negative declaration submitted by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) regarding existing other solid waste incinerators (OSWI) in the state, submitted on April 17, 2026.
