OPM Corrects Reduction in Force Rule

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is correcting a final rule that revised reduction in force regulations and Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) regulations, which inadvertently removed two paragraphs from the definition of 'displaced'.
