U.S. Coast Guard Amends Security Zone Around Seattle Base

The U.S. Coast Guard has updated the security zone around its Base Support Unit Seattle, Pier 36, on Elliot Bay in Seattle, WA, to improve charting accuracy, effectively closing off access to the pier for unauthorized vessels.
