VA Modifies System of Records for Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses

The Department of Veterans Affairs is modifying the Automated Safety Incident Surveillance and Tracking System (ASISTS)-VA to track work-related injuries and illnesses, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
