Defense Health Agency Adopts STRL Personnel Demonstration Project Plan

The Defense Health Agency has adopted a plan from the Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory's Personnel Demonstration Project, with modifications, and is also proposing to adopt additional personnel flexibilities available to all Defense Health Agency STRLs.
