NYSE Texas, Inc. Filing Proposed Rule Change for Extended Trading Hours

NYSE Texas, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 7.12, which governs trading resumption after a Level 3 market-wide circuit breaker halt, in response to the industry's expansion of trading hours to 23 hours per day, 5 days a week.
