NYSE Arca Files Proposed Rule Change to Resume Trading After 23-Hour Trading Period

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 7.12-E, which governs the resumption of trading after a Level 3 market-wide circuit breaker halt, in connection with the expansion of trading hours to 23 hours per day, 5 days a week.
