NYSE American LLC Filing Proposed Rule Change for Extended Trading Hours

NYSE American LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend Rule 7.12E, which governs trading resumption after a Level 3 market-wide circuit breaker halt, in response to the industry's expansion of trading hours to 23 hours per day, 5 days a week.
